The Fall Conference of the Illinois Association of Circuit Court Clerks will be in Effingham September 14-16, 2009 at the Thelma Keller Conference & Convention Center, 1202 N. Keller Dr. Effingham, IL 62401.

You may book your hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn.  It is part of the Conference Center.  We do have a block of rooms held for the conference.  PLEASE book early!  They have another event and need a count as soon as possible.  The number for the hotel is 217-540-7777.  Holiday Inn Express 217-540-1111 or Country inn & Suites 217-540-5555 are a short walk to the Conference Center if you wish to stay at one of them.

We will have registration for the conference on Monday Sept. 14 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and also on Tuesday morning starting at 7:45 am, Sept. 15, 2009.  The Business Meeting starts on Tuesday at 8:30am.  Wednesday we will try to finish by 12:00 noon.

The golf outing will be on Monday.  Registrtion forms will be emailed at a later date.  If you don't like to golf but like to bowl, there is a bowling alley right next to the Conference Center (same parking lot).  It is K Bowl & Cocktail Lounge.  The Phone number is 217-342-4145.  You may call for information if you wish.

There will be a BBQ on Monday evening 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  This will be at Lake Sara, Dam Pavillion, Effingham.  There will be a bus to take you if you do not wish to drive.
