Below are links to the information that you can print out and hand out to your constituents when they inquire about the BAIID (Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device). As you are aware, this law became effective January 1, 2009 and takes the place of the JDP (Judicial Driving Permit) for those arrested on or after January 1, 2009.
The first Link explains the Monitoring Device Driving Permit (MDDP) and the second link is the Terms and Conditions form for the BAIID.
