Somewhere between 1995-2000, our county had some signatures of Abraham Lincoln stolen. It is my understanding that several other counties had documents or signatures stolen around this same time by the same guy. I'm trying to track down a name of the guy that stole these signatures. If I remember correctly, this person claimed to work for archives or something along those lines. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Thanks for your help!
